What this website processes

The website has no account system, checkout or newsletter. Its code runs no advertising and sets no cookies. It always measures page performance, in the limited and cookieless way described below. It additionally measures page views, but only once you allow it through the banner on your first visit.

• Technical delivery and security data. The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security events to deliver and protect the site.
• Performance measurement. The site uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. For each page view it records the route and URL, your approximate connection speed, browser, device type and operating system, your country as a two-letter code, and the resulting performance timings. According to the provider, these measurements are not linked to you or to your IP address, and cannot be joined together to follow you from one page to the next. There is no identifier that persists between visits.
• Page-view analytics, only with your permission. If you accept the banner, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It sets no cookie, but it does identify your browser with a hash generated from your request, which the provider discards after 24 hours. For each page view it records the URL, the referring page, your country, region and city, and your browser, device type and operating system. According to the provider, this data is never linked to your name or used to follow you across other websites, and the hash is not kept beyond that 24-hour window. You can accept, reject or change this choice at any time on the cookie policy page, and it stays off until you say yes.
• Email correspondence. The contact forms on this website send your message directly to StudyfinderAI through a server-side function, which relays it by email. The function does not store what you type: it holds your message only for the moment it takes to send it, then keeps no record. We then process the message and your contact details to respond and manage the relationship. If you gave an email address, the same function immediately sends a short automatic confirmation to it, so you know your message arrived; nothing further is sent if you gave a phone number instead.
• Session-only preference. The university fit finder may save your selected challenge in browser session storage. It stays on your device for the browser session and is not sent to StudyfinderAI.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is processed for secure, reliable website delivery on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Performance measurement is processed on the same basis, to keep the site fast and usable; because it sets nothing on your device and is not linked to you, it does not rely on your consent. Page-view analytics is different: because it links your page views together for up to 24 hours, it only runs on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time on the cookie policy page, as easily as you gave it, and the choice takes effect immediately. Correspondence is processed to answer an enquiry, take steps requested before a possible agreement, or manage a legitimate business relationship.

Providers, transfers and retention

Vercel is the hosting provider, runs the contact-form relay function, and provides the cookieless performance and, where you allow it, page-view measurement described above. The relay function itself stores nothing; it holds a submitted message only for the moment it takes to send it by email, using the controller's own Google Workspace account, and keeps no record afterwards. Hosting and email providers may act as processors or independent controllers under their own documentation. Correspondence exists afterwards only as the resulting email, kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then deleted in line with statutory retention rules.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. The authority for the controller's establishment is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), cpdp.bg . You may equally contact the authority of your own EU member state.

Minors and the product

This marketing website is not designed to collect data from minors. A school or university pilot is governed by separate notices and agreements that define roles, data flow, retention and participation safeguards for that specific deployment.

Email, LinkedIn and downloaded reports are separate destinations or files. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this website.

Scope

These terms govern use of the public StudyfinderAI marketing website. They do not create a product licence, school partnership or university pilot agreement. Those relationships require a separate written agreement.

Permitted use

You may view, download and share public pages and reports for lawful evaluation of StudyfinderAI. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent the content or reuse brand and research material as your own.

Intellectual property

Unless a source states otherwise, the website design, brand elements and original copy belong to STUDYFINDER AI Ltd. or its licensors. Research references remain subject to the rights and citation terms of their original authors and publishers.

Availability and changes

The website may change as the product and evidence develop. StudyfinderAI may correct, replace or remove website material, but will not knowingly present outdated information as current.

External services

Links to email, LinkedIn, research sources and other third-party services are provided for convenience. StudyfinderAI does not control their availability, content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Contract terms for a pilot are defined in the separate signed agreement.

No admissions decision or professional advice

The website and its illustrative interactions explain a product direction. They do not decide admission, eligibility, immigration status, funding or programme suitability and are not legal, financial or educational counselling advice.

Verify binding information

Admission requirements, deadlines, fees, recognition rules and other binding facts must always be verified with the responsible institution or official authority. A student should not rely on a generated answer as the sole basis for a consequential decision.

AI limitations

AI-supported systems can produce incomplete, outdated, biased or incorrect output. StudyfinderAI's stated direction is to base answers on approved sources, show uncertainty and preserve human review on binding information. These safeguards reduce risk; they do not make error impossible.

Research limitations

The research behind this website is qualitative and concentrated in Germany and Austria. It tests stated preferences, not completed procurement. Findings should not be treated as Europe-wide quantitative validation.

StudyfinderAI is in a proof-building stage. Example interfaces on this site are explanatory and do not imply that every illustrated integration, language or workflow is live for every institution.
